My newish friend Mark Bruzee of Loose Ends Theater company has put out the call for participation in a new audio series. I'll be on as a voice actor, of course, but also participating as a writer.
To All our Collegues and Friends
Loose Ends, Ltd. Little Theatre Company Is Growing.
Thanks to all of you, we are advancing into the realm of AUDIO THEATRE (similar to the OLD TIME RADIO of the 1930's-1950's) But now in the area of Cyberspace.
We are teaming with DARKER PROJECTS AUDIO WORKS - The producers of "STAR TREK:The Section 31 Files" and "ALIVE INSIDE" to produce an ALL NEW HORROR Anthology series.
Titled "NIGHT TERRORS", the series will be approximately 26 - 30 minute horror tales featuring 2-4 characters and hosted by HARBINGER.
For this project to work we need your help. Do you like to write horror stories (In the vein of NIGHT GALLERY Or TALES From the Crypt). Do you have a good speaking voice? Can you devote 2 evenings per story to rehearse and record horror stories?
If you answered yes to any of the above, PLEASE Contact me here. We plan of begining production in Late July or Early August with a Planned Debut of the series on or near halloween.
I HOPE that this project idea excites and intrigues you as much as it does me. I have attached a sample of what Night Terrors will be like, to help put you into the mood.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Mark Bruzee
Artistic Director

OK, I've had some wacky voiceover jobs so far- a scientific article read for tape that made no sense to me was the current topper. But now, a fine fellow in Germany wants me to Speed Read 11 pages of Catcher in the Rye for an exhibition - The show will open in New York City at Perry Rubenstein Gallery in Chelsea.

Samples will, of course, be available on my site as soon as they are done. This is too funny to miss.

Check out my Free iPod, which I got from freeipods.com. It really really really works- I paid nothing at all for it. I'm going to try for a free PC next.

The Special Extended Re-release Edition of Dream Realm's Dr Who Pilot + Promo
Featurette
is up and ready for download. Featurette and 45 minutes episode available for download together (41 MB) or with featurette alone (13 MB)

In the Pilot episode, entitled "The Mines of Mandor", I play Engineer Vaban and Jardon (a space pirate).

The featurette features a bunch of actors I have had the pleasure of working with over the past year. I was supposed to contribute comments to the featurette (As DRE CEO put it "How could we leave out our most active voice actor?"), but scheduling conflicts prevented it from happening. Next time, eh?

Darker Projects Productions has released another new episode of "The Section 31 Files". This one is entitled "In His Name," and features me as a robot (rather than Tom Backus, who I usually play).
Eric Busby has worked quite a lot of religious criticisms in his works, and this one seems to drive it all home, in a sci-fi manner. Take a listen, and catch up on all the other episodes.
Also from DPP, Alive Inside, the stories of a post-apocalyptic America where zombies rule.. and sometimes think and feel.
Dream Realm will release a promo featurette, which features my breakout roles (3 of them!) in The Mines Of Mandor. There was supposed to be an interview with me as well, but it didn't work out.
Also from Dream Realm, episode 2 of The Superman Improv Adventures, with me as the narrator and Jimmy Olsen, will premiere soon. But being that it's improv, I don't even have my lines yet. I haven't made them up.
